Revenge story of a boy(Jeremy Melton). In 1980's,a Boy ask for girls to dance with him every one refused the offer but a girl plump accepts it as she was alone at that time. when they both were caught kissing, Girl pretends as he attacked her. so others strip off his clothes and beat him in front of all.... after some 12 years later these girls have receive a card on Valentine's Day after that they were Brutally killed one by one.Detective came to know that Jeremy Melton would be the Murderer and try to track him...... at the time of killings he use a mask and nose bleeds as a trademark to him. Though Movie was good it received a poor rating among other horror films.The musical score for Valentine was composed by Don Davis
