Gridiron Gang (One goal. A second chance)

Film is based on actual events of Kilpatrick Mustangs. young people involves in a gang war and brought to a juvenile detention center. Were they are under control of supervisor Sean Porter(former football player). Sean Porter tries to change the mind set of them by introducing a group of people to football game. He forces them to do heavy practice, hard training to bring unity among them. After some drawbacks Sean Porter brings unity and play as a unit "Mustangs". He teaches them discipline, self-esteem, unity....
Sean Porter with another supervisor Malcolm tries to fix match with other team but everyone refused, at last they get a match with a best team Barrington but they were defeated with out a proper effort.
They did not let down down their confidence boost up again better than before and play much united wins the team again in final match of season...
members of Mustangs change their way of life and get settled in life. Except for 5 who return again to school. After some months Sean's football method to change teenagers is officially made as part of the program.
After the end of film they would show real life people of this movie...
